1/8
$350.00 USD

Hand-raised copper kettle of substantial size with boldly forged iron swing handle mounted on heavy copper pads, the lid fitted with a rolled double-scroll “spectacle” finial. Featuring an exaggerated gooseneck spout with flared beak tip and classic stepped dovetail body seam. The base retains an early hand-riveted repair band, all with an untouched, warm 19th-century surface. A powerful example of early American tinsmith and blacksmith work. 14 in. high, 11 in. diameter, 15 in. overall width.
